The 2020 Primary Election has been Extended and you have the opportunity to vote by Mail. If you have already completed a ballot through In-person Absentee Voting or have already returned your Absentee Ballot through the mail, your Will be counted. You do not need to request another ballot. If you have NOT yet voted in the Primary Election here are the options available for you to request your Primary Election Ballot:

Option 1 – If you have a printer you can get an Absentee Ballot Request form at the Allen County Board of Elections’ website Fill out the form and mail it to the Allen County Board of Elections (address listed below)

Option 2 – Call the Republican Office at 419-331-5655 or email republicans @ and we will send the Absentee Ballot Request forms you need.

Option 3 **Best and Quickest Option** – Write down the following information on any piece of paper and mail it to the Board of Elections:
1. List your:
Full name
Date of birth
Full registration address, including county
Address where ballot should be mailed, if different from your registration address
One of these: Ohio driver’s license number, last 4 digits of your Social Security Number or include a copy of an acceptable form of ID
Phone number – optional

2. Write: “I am a qualified elector and I am requesting an absentee ballot for the 3/17/2020 Ohio Primary”

3. Specify that you want: a Republican ballot
4. Sign
5. Date with today’s date
6. Mail to: Allen County Board of Elections
